| Well. I have returned from my convalescence and have returned to 100% Health.
Slight strength increase. Cardio has gone down to 50% of my last ability. My Endurance is on the floor because of this.
I have put into action DeFranco's lifts and use them now.
I also now have reason to believe that my dojo Sensei is screwing with me. He has me learning a weaker form of the art Enshin that is different from the ordinary, raw form, and drills me unusually easily, unlike with the other students.

| Somehow I got a minor inflammation due to bacteria on my pelvic area. After being sent to the emergency room by a clinic nurse Monday, I was put out for several hours. They had a terrible time trying to put me to sleep, actually discussing the use of Tranq darts. Later that day I was discharged and left feeling refreashed, and with less pain. It turns out it'll be a few weeks before I can work out again.
Great. All my work is undone in the course of a a few weeks. I'll be lucky if I don't gain some fat. | | |
| I ate and slept for the better part of Friday and Saturday. Same diet as last few days because I'm a lazy bastard.
On the Existence of Hell and its Creatures
I have spent a lot of time on a infamous messageboard known as 4chan /b/. It is filled with horrific Japanese pornography, animal sex, rape, filth, and such. The members are shut-in closet paedophiles with twisted, cruel natures.
I found this messageboard a long time ago and began posting on it. The images and comments I saw there turned my stomach and disturbed my mind, exposing to me the horror of humanity and the evils of mankind.
After a little while I stopped posting after a week. A year passed. I became filled with the urge to look back into that BBS and post again.
Gradually I fell in with the denizens of that board, understanding their strange ways, laughing at their humor, joining in with their raids on other forums.
After months I was a hopeless addict of /b/ and unable to stop posting there.
One day I realized I had become totally insensitive and apathetic to the pain and suffering of others. I knew that nothing could shock me or amaze me on the Internet anymore. I cursed /b/ for making me into a monster.
Time passed. I watched the series "Jigoku Shoujo(Hell Girl)", a supernatural series about hellish revenge. After reading a long and well-thought out philosophical post on a Anime board about this series, I began to think about the demons of Hell. I wondered if they, too, suffered the torments of the souls of the damned, and if they felt sympathy for their comrades in suffering.
I was struck with an idea after remembering my sojourn through the underbelly of the Internet, better known as /b/. I remembered how I had at first hated and feared /b/, then came to love it and claim it as my home.
I thought to myself that the native spirits of hell do, indeed, suffer the same pains as the damned souls, but to them it is normality, their reality, their day-to-day life. These tortures had become a way of life for them, and they had transcended the fear and pain that the damned souls felt. They had accepted this reality in rejection of purity.
And that is my view on the subject of Hell and its habitants. | | |
| Karate yesterday was strenuous but not too hard. We did some katas, then some high roundhouse kicks and low kicks, finishing with throws.
Did shoulders and triceps with Mike in the gym and 30 minutes of cardio.
